Nice
4/5 This condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was nice and clean. Furnished well too. All the appliances were updated. It is located in the third floor and you will have to climb stairs to get to it. However, there is an elevator available. I rode it up but my wife and daughters chose not to. The condo is gated which is a plus. It is also walking distance to the beach. It is also coles to the Texas State aquarium and the USS Lexington. No complaints.
Would stay here again
5/5 I’ve been coming to this property location since I was a little girl. Property still looks the same especially the pools but this unit was nicely renovated and up to date. Visiting this place brings back so many memories and now my children can enjoy and we can make new memories. Again lovely unit and owner was prompt to text back when I had a question.

Disappointment
2/5 The hallway was filthy!! Code didn't work so I had to drive back to office. Agent wasn't too happy to go back with me. I don't think she believed me, but she had to get.a new code. Furniture looked worn and not appealing to sit on. Balcony covered with bird droppings. I don't think I will go with verbo again!

Peaceful retreat
5/5 This place is beautifully decorated. It is a very quiet condo community. You are on the beach. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.
