Not so great
2/5 Unfortunately we did not have the stay we expected. Several things did not work such as bedroom TV, bedroom ceiling fan, and bathroom electrical outlets. I did make management aware the first evening but the only thing they did do was deliver washcloths. The condo is decorated very nice; however, is much older than the pictures show. The balcony tile is very cracked and the bathroom faucet really needs to the replaced if you want to adjust water temperatures.

Hi Christi, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:
-We were contacted by our management team about the power issue and advised them to check the breaker. We offered to send an electrician, but you turned it down. We did not hear back, so we assumed the issue was resolved.
-The bathroom faucet is new but operates differently, requiring the handle to be pushed left and right for hot and cold. This is detailed in our guidebook.
-We are looking into the issues with the bedroom TV and ceiling fan, as they were working for the previous guest and have had a guest for a week after your stay with no reported issues.

5/5 We visited during a tropical storm but still had a relaxing vacation! The condo had everything we needed and the location was perfect for quick and easy access to anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great surprise trip!
5/5 We had a great time! Communication was great. We had a small question about getting the fans on, and management quickly responded. The property was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The a/c worked great and the deck was perfect for coffee in the morning. Awesome stay!!

Comfy landing spot for our visit
4/5 It was an older condo but roomy and a good location. Loved fishing off the boat dock.
