  Fantastic townhome and location. Gated community, quiet, and property was exceptionally clean and maintained. Excellent communication from owner and we were made to feel welcome. Would stay here again on next visit to Texas A&M! Note, we did. It use pool but had to add a rating, so i rated it 4 but did not use the facility.

  The location and facility was great. I would suggest 2 fabs so visitors can use the exercise room and leave the facility. Also create a code if you will not provide a second fab. You need to have a pizza cutter and wine opener to your drawers. I would also suggest a better quality of toilet paper.

  - This is the first time a guest has requested two fobs, but we now plan to keep an extra one available upon request.
  - There’s also a code at the gate that calls the owner directly, and it worked during your stay when you needed access.
  - The pizza cutter and wine opener will be replaced in the kitchen, and we will double-check supplies to be sure essentials stay stocked.
  - They typically provide double-ply Cottonelle or Scott toilet paper, but will confirm with the cleaning team to ensure the quality matches expectations.

• Great for girls weekend

  My friend and I stayed here while our boys attended a camp. It was a great location and nice townhome. Worked out great for a quick weekend away.
