Wonderful!!
5/5 This place was perfect for our family visiting our Aggie. It was clean and comfortable. The private courtyard was awesome. We grilled and made breakfast with all of the provided cookware. The hot tub was so nice to relax in after a few hours of walking around campus. There was an air mattress that was in great condition. Beach towels. Everything was provided minus food and drink. The host was helpful and timely. Highly recommend this place to stay!!!Yes there are others on the property as noted on the listing but we felt alone. It was great.

Nice Place
5/5 We were a bit surprised that it was a duplex but it turned out being very private. The courtyard was perfect for our dogs. Kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms and bedrooms are a good size. I would definitely stay there again.
