Great Place!
5/5 We were in College Station for my daughter's Aggie Ring Day. Whoop! This house was perfect! The location was great for what we needed. The property is kept very nice and clean. We loved the floor plan and all of the amenities. Larry was wonderful and was very responsive to any questions we had. I have to give a very special thank you to Larry for being extra kind to us as my car broke down and we had to have AAA tow it back to Cypress! He made a stressful situation a little better. We had fun with the fire pit outside and played a lot of games at the table. I would highly recommend this place!

Great Place!

Relax Stay
5/5 We attended a summer baseball tournament in Franklin, TX about 40min from this location and I must say it was worth the drive to both College Station and this home. For one particular day we had almost a whole day to waist before our next game and this place gave us all the amenities of home and relaxation. Comfortable neighborhood a couple of miles from campus, comfortable couches and beds to relax and all the amenities of home. Great stay!

Felt like home
5/5 Nice to have beer and water available. We had a long trip. Furniture and beds were clean and comfortable.thank you for letting us use your extension cord. Could you please purchase a bagel cutter. Yard was clean and inviting. No bugs were seen. I loved the welcome book. Helped us a lot. We would stay again
