Not the Best
2/5 Pros: Pet friendly, spacious, quiet location, clean bathrooms with nice toiletries, yummy snacks left for usCons: Unkept yard, felt lived in, had to vacuum floors when arrived, dirty and worn areas of the home despite being a new build, dirty grill…just not a good first impression when we arrived.We have stayed in many rental homes and this was the only one where we have been disappointed.

-We're sorry to hear that you did not have the five-star experience we endeavor to provide our guests. We're surprised to see your comment on the carpet as our cleaners provide us with excellent service, consistently, they do their very best in keeping meticulous in their cleaning and sterilization
-While we do have ongoing yard service that manages and keeps the yard in good order, this is the first time a guest has provided this feedback and we have had no issues from past travelers
-Regarding the grill grates, unfortunately, they weather and cannot be avoided as an outside item. They may require more attention and not last as long despite our diligent efforts, but it is perfectly functional for guest use
We like to emphasize that guests should please call, text, or email the Guest Contact, this is on the pre-stay information to ensure guests know the best way to communicate to address any concerns or questions that may arise unexpectedly

5/5 The house was great. It had everything needed. Beds we’re comfortable. Big fenced yard. New construction. I would definitely stay again.
