A three generation family vacation in a great place!
5/5 We all from *80's to 12 year old enjoyed our stay and had a great time. The place is lovely and we enjoyed being inside it and outside of it and all found something to keep us busy or relaxed. We just got home today but are already talking about going back to that same house next year for our next family vacation. The art and signs, etc and the decor is lovely and adds to the pleasure of being there.
Thanks for all the help with getting it, directions on what to do and making us fee; at home in there. Hope to be back Gerry Louise Jump

A/C needs updating
3/5 No gas in grill and 3 extra propane bottles were all empty. The regulator to the grill was also broken. Tim did get us a charcoal grill by by the time we got it and had the coals ready to cook on it was way to late for the kids. The next day they repaired the grill and got us a full tank of propane. The AC system is not adequate for the upstairs and although 2 of the rooms have window/portable units, 2 of the rooms have nothing and it was hot. Other than that the house is roomy and worked, would not return in the summer, which is when it’s best to enjoy the lake. The view was nice.

Hi Jeff, the right vacation home is everything, and we're sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We apologize for the inconvenience with the grill and propane tanks. The previous guest had stolen the tanks and broken the regulator, and we found out too late to fix it before your arrival. Tim did provide a charcoal grill and had the gas grill fixed with a full tank of propane the next day.
- We’re sorry to hear about the A/C issues. The central A/C was recently replaced, but it is possible that the window/portable units from the previous setup may have been left behind, which may have caused confusion. We will follow up with our local property manager and will have those removed and ensure the A/C system is working adequately for all rooms.
- We appreciate your feedback about the house being roomy and the nice view.
