First and LAST time booking with Evolve. The house was cute and mostly comfortable for our party but the value was poor and the amenities did not match the listing photos or details. We were disappointed to find the hot tub not working when we arrived. The host stated "it should be working" and couldn't offer a solution to fix it during our stay. We asked for a discount on our stay, since the hot tub is one of the reasons we booked (and gives value if it works), but the host did not reply to this request. One of the rooms no longer has a bunk bed and now has a double bed with a trundle. We made it work but an updated picture and information about beds would be better for future guests. It is a private space and yard but you do hear the highway right below. The stay was ok minus not having a hot tub and some minor inconveniences but as vacation rental owners ourselves, we know accuracy and value are important; evolve/host could have given a discount towards our stay considering the listing did not offer what it claimed to offer. Evolve offers no phone number or efficient customer service solution to solve problems during the stay. I will be looking for this review to be posted (and not removed) as it is 100% accurate of our stay - the listing has great potential with a little attention to detail.

-As the owner, I spoke briefly with the guest when they reached out directly. We have a service that cleans and maintains the spa weekly, notifying us of any necessary repairs, though the heating issue had not been reported at that time. The spa has since been repaired, and recent guests have enjoyed it without any issues.
-Minor repairs, including the towel hanger and other maintenance items, have been completed to ensure everything is in top condition. We prioritize property upkeep to meet guest expectations and enhance the overall experience.
-While a discount was not extended, we believe the home provides great value, not only due to the hot tub but also through the overall comfort and amenities we offer. Our goal is to ensure all our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
-As for the bedding setup, it has been in place for over a year and has consistently provided a comfortable and functional arrangement. It offers the same number of beds and is designed with both ease and safety in mind. We always encourage guests to review the listing details thoroughly to ensure their expectations are met.
-Evolve is a management company, and our teams are always available to answer any questions or concerns. We are available 24/7, but we encourage guests to contact their local guest contact for any on-the-ground inquiries. They are familiar with the property and can address issues more efficiently.

Ice maker did not work, handles in shower & tub kept falling off, had to change batteries in both bedroom tv remotes (total of 4 batteries), and did not have a good choice of tv channels (wanted to watch ball game on Sunday or Yellowstone). Need instructions on operating remotes and list of channels.

The house was so clean and decorated so cute! Everything was so comfy and made us feel like we were at home. Close enough to get to restaurants in just a couple minutes but tucked away in the trees where you felt like you were the only house. We will definitely be returning!

The house was exactly what was shown online, no disappointment at all, absolutely beautiful. The staff & owner were quick to respond to an issue with the refrigerator and even gave us a gift card for the problem.
Will book again for a fall getaway.
