Cleanliness was an issue—trash and dirty diaper still in bath trash & lots of hair in bunk beds. We bought new sheets in NB to put on top of mattress for that reason.

Comfortable and Clean
5/5 The house is really nice. Everything looks brand new. The street was quiet. The deck gets a lot of sun. Beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful Spring Break Getaway
5/5 The property is centrally located to Gruene and San Marcos with Fredericksburg being about an hour drive away. The neighborhood is quiet and the property gets a 10 star rating. It is well kept and had everything we needed and more. We are already looking to return. Thank you for a great vacation home away from home!
