4/5 Nice and clean. The fans and porch lights didn’t work on the back porch. Lake access was somewhat confusing. We weren’t sure what was private and what was public.

Weekend of fun
5/5 We were in the area for a Spartan Race. The location was a good proximity to our race site. It was very clean, great communication with the host, we did not need any help with anything, but if we did, they were easy to get in touch with. I was told by our group, we will be staying there again.

Enjoyable and excellent views
3/5 The only complaint we have is that we had to pay a cleaning fee, but were required to strip all bedding, towels, wash and dry all dishes and put them away. We have stayed at numerous other places, and hsve only been required to load the dish washer. Also, the door code didn't working when we arrived. Had to get code for the key before we could enter the property.

- We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and the views our property has to offer.
- As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete a few small tasks, like stripping the beds and removing their trash, as part of checkout. The cleaning fee goes to a professional service that sanitizes and prepares the home for each new guest. However, we take our guest feedback seriously and have since taken steps to adjust our check-out instructions for an easier check-out process for our future guests.
- We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience during check-in. We had experienced some thunderstorms in the area which caused the wireless lock to lose connectivity temporarily. We have since followed up and the lock is fully functioning.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
