• Never never never rent this home!!!!!

  This was the worst VRBO rental I’ve ever had and I have done a lot. Questioning if I will ever do it in the future. This house is filthy filthy filthy. The pictures must be years old because the house and pool and yard looks nothing like the pictures depict. The bathrooms are filthy. Disgusting in fact the whole houses. The linens and towels are disgusting. It says it sleeps 12 but no freaking way. The homeowners possessions are everywhere in the dresser drawers, closets, throughout the entire house. There is no closets and bedrooms to hang clothes in. we had issues with electrical sockets to charge phones, etc. the dryer doesn’t work. Two cockroaches in two days. !!! I can’t even describe how filthy dirty the floors and baseboards are. Raised for your presents, a walking hazard throughout the house and effects for different rooms Six ladies stayed in this house and two of them took a trip And a stumble. The bathrooms are unsafe and that the master bath has a step up and then a huge step down into it and it’s very slippery. The main hallway bathtub is all worn and slippery. The hot tub was filthy and unusable. We were in part of the pool, which is also dirty, but dude did mind if 5°. We decided to attempt it. Do not rent here. Keep looking and don’t believe the pictures or the good reviews. Lues!!! The term I use is horrible

  - The home is designed to sleep 12 comfortably, with 4 bedrooms and additional sofa beds in the living room and den. However, we have decided to update the listing to a maximum of 8 guests moving forward.
  - We regret that our home and décor did not align with your preferences. However, the listing photos are less than a year old and represent what guests can expect during their stay.
  - We maintain a large supply of towels, linens, and curtains, all frequently refreshed to ensure they are clean and ready for each guest. Additionally, the top shelves are stocked with brand-new extras for guest use.
  - While some personal items remain in the home, each bedroom provides ample storage, including closet hooks and drawers, for guests' convenience.
  - Extra outlets are available throughout the home to accommodate guests' charging needs.
  - The home is regularly serviced by pest control, and while two dead water bugs were found, no cockroaches have been reported or found on the property.
  - We are thankful that no injuries occurred during your stay. Safety is a top priority, and though the home has a few step-downs, these are disclosed in the listing to ensure guests are aware before booking. We encourage all guests to watch their step.
  - To enhance safety and comfort, rugs are provided in the bathrooms to help prevent slips and protect against the cold tile.

  If you are looking for an eclectic place to stay with plenty of character, seating, and family gathering spaces then this place is for you. The family had a blast with the pool and close to Texas A&M and several shopping/eateries. A really comfy vibe with a home away from home. Thank you Wanda and James.
