3/5 The property was an adequate place to sleep and get clean, but could use some improvement. The washer has soured and the downstairs floors and rugs seemed like they needed a good clean. There were cleaning chemicals in cabinets under the sink that did not lock, anyone traveling with small children would really have to watch to make sure they didn't get into them. The hammock on the back porch had rotted and ripped, so it wasn't even usable.

Stay Away!
1/5 First of all this place is not in Brownwood, TX. The house has a very bad smell when we arrived. The ac had been off until just before we arrived. The beds were not comfortable. One set of beds sat on the floors. The "river" in the back was dried up. Stay away from this property.
Overall Great trip!
5/5 Great spring break rental! We loved getting cozy near the fire place and listening to music on built- in speakers. The light setup outside was beautiful. Only down side was creek was too low and bank too steep to fish from the bank. Would have been nice if dock was complete to fish from. We were able to fish a from another creek about 5miles down the road.
