Accommodating and Relaxing
5/5 This property was the perfect fit for seven adults. It was clean, spacious, and had enough bathrooms for everyone to use. We noticed that the electrical receptacles in the kitchen were not working. I contacted the host who quickly responded back and the issue was taken care of. I would stay at this location again.

Nice house
4/5 The house served its purpose for our stay of 6 adults for an area wedding. The house was (mostly) handicap friendly for my wheelchair bound father. There was plenty of seating and hang out areas around the house. The neighborhood felt safe and we loved the walking paths. Check-in was easy and straight forward.
However, there were a few negatives. First, the mattresses were very uncomfortable. The king bed felt like just a foam topper on a box spring. If 8 adults are staying here, you’ll need air mattresses because the upstairs bedrooms only have twin beds (as advertised but there’s no way 8 adults would stay comfortably). Also, there are limited towels, soap and trash bags for use during the week. Bring your own! Lastly, cell service around the area was horrible. Thankfully the WiFi in the house worked well enough.
Family home in Katy!
5/5 We needed a place in Katy to stay while my daughter attended the equestrian show and this location was perfect for my children to rest and relax in between shows.
