Super great place! Cute, clean, across from the state park, and they offer a lot of extras like snacks, hot chocolate, various Keurig coffee flavors, games to play in the house, outdoor games, and a fire pit. They were very responsive to questions. Each living area has own AC/heating unit with a remote and ceiling fans. Extra bedding also provided. They also provide a book of details about the house and the area! Also have a reasonable check out procedure. Great place!
Quaint older home. It was close to blanco park where we attended Ladies State Chili cookoff. It was very clean and Amy was very accommodating.

Reminded me of my great grandma’s House the original door latches with their own sweet spot to do at open them. Took me back to when I was a kid was not expecting that thank y’all so much. That’s why I live in a 98 year house.
We enjoyed staying for the weekend. The location was perfect for us and what we wanted to do in Blanco. The treehouse is a nice touch and my daughter enjoyed the snacks too.
This place is a great getaway. It's within walking distance of Blanco State Park. For a daytime excursion, we went to Pedernales which wasn't far either. The porch is perfect for hanging out, reading, and playing card games. There's even Jenga and cornhole at this place. This was our second visit there.
