We stay over the weekend for Fathers Day for a relaxing stay away from the city. This place didn’t disappoint. The property is nice and secluded. Having river access was a plus. Property manager was great and communication. We would definitely stay again.

The Rock House is just beautiful, but its location makes it even more charming. Is super close to downtown and at reasonable distance from all the trending wineries on 290.
Communication with host/owners was great. The check in/check out process was very easy and the house have enough accommodations to spend a wonderful weekend, any time of the year.
Definitely we would book again!

We are returning guest, we love the peace and scenery here. It's a great little town and easy to get to and from the location. This place just makes you feel welcomed.
Comfortable, immaculate historic cabin nestled under the oaks near Blanco, TX. Easy travel to several state parks, Wimberley, Johnson City, Fredericksburg, Canyon Lake, and so much more that the hill country has to offer. Plenty to see and do, plenty of good places to eat. Excellent communication with the owner, too.
Unfortunately, because of the drought, the river was almost dry when we were there, so we were unable to take advantage of the kayaks and floats the owners so thoughtfully provide. Maybe next time!
You won't regret booking this cabin!
The stay was great even though the river was non existent at the time of our stay! The home was great with no issues and we will stay there again! Thanks to Ruth for the great communication during our stay!
