  The place was very nice and everyone had a great time. However, we experienced numerous issues, and trying to get a hold of the host was very difficult, and Several times I would bring up an issue, it was completely ignored. The wifi didn't work, we found bugs throughout the house, the pool was swimmable but was cloudy and was starting to smell. The pool cleaner told us there was an issue that was brought to their attention over a month ago, but they have not been given the approval to fix it and we had some plumbing issues as well. After all of the issues, there was 0 effort from the host to try to make it right in any way. Again, the place was nice and had plenty of things for everyone in our group to do, but the lack of response and hospitality from the host was disappointing.

  Absolutely loved our stay at Unity Ranch. We had family from all over the country travel to Bertram for a wedding and the ranch was a perfect location for us! Clean, comfortable, spacious and so much fun! Everyone in our group loved it!

• The best experience

  This was probably our favorite stay at any Airbnb and will definitely be back. Our family and friends staying with us were so impressed as well, and all wanted the link to the property to start planning their next trips there too! The flexibility, sleeping facilities and all the amenities were all perfect. Both the kids and the adults had a great time!

• Wonderful Place

  Plenty of activities! Pickleball, basketball, pool table, volleyball court, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fire pit. My family agreed we would book this place again.The things that were bothersome:- very difficult to get replies from the host, evidently VRBO hast to contact another host called Evolve. A lot of money spent on this reservation and VRBO has to contact someone else to get answers. - The location on the VRBO website is incorrect and you will not find anything there on google maps. We finally got an address from VRBO and google maps showed the same location. So we did some extra research and found a place called Unity Ranch near Bertram. This is the place and the proper address.

• Great property for large family get-together.

  We rented this property for Thanksgiving weekend. Property and amenities were great. Plenty of space and all in excellent condition.

  Game room was also a hit for late night entertainment.
