3/5 Loved the views.. did have an issue with some flooding in bottom area. But owner fixed immediately. The cleaning co. Was different. They really need to improve. Lots of left over trash in beds. And should have been cleaned better. But love the p,ace.

Run down property that is not well maintained. Lots of broken things and I'll equipped
2/5 Issues with rental:Online printable document for rental information had wrong information about lock box for keys. It said it was on front porch next to gate but only a realtor Bluetooth key box was there. Finally found another instructions it was at rear door. Upstairs toilet doesn't fill and flush reliably. Sometimes had to manually fill or wait a long time. Street side door very hard to slide open and cannot be locked with key or lever from inside. General upkeep of place is poor. Torn screens. Spongy wood stairs outside in front. Too much junk in and disorganized kitchen drawers. Not equipped with proper supplies. No soap/body wash for downstairs shower. No can openerNo privacy curtain other than see thru shade for upstairs bath and tub. Several broken kitchen drawers. Batteries not working on TV Remotes when arrived. Had to steal some from downstairs remotes and rummage in drawers to get two upstairs working. Several broken heaters. Street side porch lights don't work Power receptacles on street side inside wall don't work. Ceiling fan blades drooping and loose blades. Dangerous and ugly. Refrigerator door seal coming off and no light in refrigerator Garden tub stopper hard to get out of drain when full.
