I stayed here with my son during our annual fishing trip. The area is quiet and secluded. House is small but plenty of room for the two of us. We enjoyed the fact that we are only about ten to fifteen minutes from several of the boat launches! It beats driving an hour each way to and from our home.

The Blue Bonnets cabin is a cozy and quiet place in a secluded area surrounded by beautiful trees. We didnt get to use the fire pit because it was too cold outside but it would have been amazing to sit outside and enjoy the view. We brought our two 7 year old twins for a Valentines weekend getaway and they loved the whimsical decor. The bunk beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. There were small details that we loved such as the record player with a great music collection, the candy and chocolates, and an extra charger in case we had forgotten one. The TV is large and easy to use but the manuals were available in case we needed them. Evan was wonderful to deal with. He is very kind and cares about guests. We had to cut our trip short due to winter weather warnings but plan to return when the weather is warmer and we can go to the lake.
