Lovely place
5/5 Absolutely loved the tiny house.Eric was so nice and helpful too.Only complaint We have is , we drove from Minnesota and were really wanting to utilize the heated pool and hot tub only to find it broke down, no sign on gate or anyone in office to see if it would be fixed..I will say it was one the big reasons we chose this property.Otherwise amazing place to stay, weather was great too!

5/5 Loved this tiny home for our stay in Austin!! Clean, quiet, safe. Friendly people everywhere. Eric worked with us and was very accommodating. Only complaint was that the hot tub and heated pool were out of order for most of our stay, something owners have no control over. Definitely would stay there again in a heartbeat, way better than a hotel!

5/5 The neighborhood this house is located in is very well-maintained and within 15 to 20 minutes of all of the hotspots we visited. For a family a five there was adequate room to cook and sleep but only one at a time in the bathroom.
The listing says linens and towels are provided, and I mistakenly assumed wash cloths would be provided as well. Unfortunately, there was only one washcloth that was provided and embroidered with the word “makeup”. Be sure to bring your own wash cloths, or shower scrubby‘s!
Overall a great house for the location and price!
