Good Clean House in a Quiet Neighborhood
4/5 The house itself is great - spacious, clean, and modern. The pool table, foosball table, and garage games are also nice touches. The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard is nicely appointed, and grocery stores are a 5 minute drive away. But I lopped off a star because the house was marketed as having access to an association pool. After arrival we were told that nightly rental guests were no longer allowed to use the pool, per HOA rules. That's well and good, but then the house shouldn't be marketed as having this access. We had to fight for a partial refund due to the misrepresentation of available amenities (and we booked the house because we wanted pool access). So the pool issue was very disappointing to us.
4/5 The house was great for the teens and adults alike. All bedrooms have small beds that are older spring mattresses so those could be updated but that would be all

5/5 The host provided great information in advance. We loved the amenities including the pool table, ping pong, basketball and fooseball table. The home was so clean and spacious. Very welcoming and would absolutely go back there again.
