Location Details

This condo sits one mile west of the quaint Appalachian town of Townsend, directly adjacent to the 10-mile Townsend Historical Trail. You can dine at local eateries, sip wine at Cades Cove Cellars (one mile west), and enjoy free admission to the Little River Railroad & Lumber Museum (one mile east). The stalagmites and stalactites of the Tuckaleechee Caverns are three miles south, and the incredible trails, fishing streams, and waterfalls of Great Smoky Mountains National Park begin four miles south.

    Clean, we'll organized, cozy home feeling, quiet yet convenient location, everyone was friendly, the location along the Little River was breath taking. The property management was extremely easy to deal with and the instruction were very simple.

    The room was great, but the big deck at the back near the river was the most relaxing place you will ever be. You can see the river and the sound from the water will almost put you to sleep.

    We loved this little condo! The location was perfect & the fire pit & Creek added to our weekend getaway experience. The only downside was that the pool wasn't open. We will return!

    The studio condo was clean, nicely decorated and had plenty of room for the two of us. If you wanted to cook, there was plenty of dishes, kitchen utensils and cooking and bakeware provided. The location is perfect for those who like a quiet less congested area in the foothills of The Great Smoky Mountains! Lots of family activities to do in the area. This facility offered a pool, river access to wade in, skip stones, fish, or float on a tube. Plenty of rocking chairs are available on the upper and lower decks. Also has a nice fire pit with wood provided for you. You are also only 40 minutes away from the Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge area for those who like that craziness.

    The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was a perfect compromise between a cabin and a nice motel for our two night stay. I especially loved sitting on the upper screened in deck that overlooked the river as the evening turned into night.
