Enjoyed the stay
5/5 We enjoyed the stay at Gina's house. Because of the holiday, there were several golf carts and SxS's driving by and decorated for the holiday. The location was perfect, not far from the center of action. There was a boat ramp just down the road. Everything was clean and all household necessities were available. Ample room for grilling and outdoor eating. I do recommend this location.

Fishing Trip
4/5 Loved the wrap around porch/deck. Quiet neighborhood. House was perfect for our getaway.

Not quite as anticipated
3/5 Good things: porch/deck, cozy & comfortable furnishings, ample/covered parking space, well-appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, easy check-in process Not so good: NOT CLEAN, NO toilet paper/paper products, NO soap in bathroom, stained window shades, non-functioning fireplace, dirty fridge with leftover food, rodent/ant traps all over the house. After a trip to the store for paper products, I spent the evening of our arrival cleaning the house…thankfully there were Lysol wipes & cleaning products. Positive outcome: after contacting the owner of the property, our cleaning fee was refunded.

- We were unaware that paper products were missing, as our cleaning company is responsible for notifying us when supplies run low.
- Additionally, we’ve addressed the cleanliness concerns with them, and the home has since been deep-cleaned to ensure there are no issues moving forward.
- The fireplace does work, and we wish we’d known during your stay so we could have helped with its operation.
- Rodent traps are in place as a precaution due to the home’s rural location, but we're sorry if they impacted your stay.
