  Pros:Clean, great Internet, great air conditioning, lots of hot waterCons:Steps from the downstairs to the upstairs hazardous, to steep, too tallBedroom should be considered as one no privacyThe screened in porch was in disrepair and let in lots of bugsRear screen door would not closeBring your own paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and bug sprayThe cabin was in a lovely area with lots of privacy, but because of the issues with the stairs inside and the screening unfortunately, we will not rent this property again

  Beautiful location/view! Cabin is adorable but needs some work. Back door sticks, shower leaks under wall and the cabin feels a little unstable in places. Upstairs very scary to walk on floor. No privacy between bedrooms. I think if more secured to the earth it would be great! Also, trailer parking yes, but no where to turn around with a trailer. We had a great time and appreciated the stay this is just my opinion on what could be improved to make it even better!

  Very cute cabin tucked away in the mountains. Good location if you already know the area & don’t want to be in a “touristy” town. A short drive to cove lake & norris lake state park. Great private lot with a gorgeous driveway. Please note your gps will stop you way before the driveway. Its a little hard to navigate in the dark. Upon arrival we noticed the sink had a leak & the wifi was not connected. At first glance it seemed as if someone hadn’t been in the cabin in quite some time. We contacted Evolve and were told the sink had just started leaking that morning, but the bucket under the pipes was full of stagnant water, way older than a few hours. Contact Kevin for any of your concerns, as he goes above and beyond. The initial contact we were given through Evolve was not helpful, they basically passed us off to Kevin anyway. The next morning the water line broke open in the yard. Again we contacted Evolve & they said a plumber was on his way. Kevin arrived the next morning and fixed the plumbing issue. Even going out of his way to help us with a car issue & running into town on his own dollar to bring us brake fluid. Cabin was stocked well with towels and dishes. You may want to bring your own sanitary paper products though.

  Breathtaking view of the lake from the main bedroom. A/C blows cold & cabin seems well insulated. This cabin is pet friendly but take into account the amount of steps your pet will have to use. Elderly pets may have an issue. Overall great place to stay for the cost.

  Looking for a place to relax away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place. Could not believe how quite it was , no noise except for nature! My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. The property managers were very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had.
