4/5 House was nice. Was on a work trip and took my family so it was nice to have a place they could hang out. The beds were very uncomfortable though causing my husband to have to sleep on the couch. Also only had two t.v.s so also made it a little difficult with kids. Very homey and owner seems very accommodating. Place was clean and had everything needed for the kitchen etc. Had games which was also nice for the kids.

Perfect choice for us!
5/5 This place could not have been better for us! Location was excellent and the neighborhood was quiet. The listing was very accurate: well stocked, spacious, and clean. The screened-in deck was perfect for enjoying morning coffee and dinner in the evening. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfy! Owner was very quick to respond when we had a couple of questions. This will be the first house I will look to stay at the next time we are in the area!

Great house to stay at!
5/5 We rented this home as my daughter was graduating from UT Knoxville and it was perfect! The house was cozy and had everything we needed. Loved the Christmas decorations and felt like home with a Christmas tree in the den. Plenty of room and a fully stocked kitchen was great! It was very clean and the owner was easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!!
