1/5 Home is in disrepair and unclean. Hot tub is on balcony but not ready for use, has dirty water with leaves in it. Mattresses and bed sheets are not clean. There is a bottom level that is partially sealed with carpet that was not mentioned in listing, where someone could be staying. This home makes you feel unwelcomed and unsafe.

- The hot tub and pool are cleaned regularly, but we’ll take another look to ensure everything is in great condition between guest stays.
- The sheets are changed and freshly laundered before every arrival, and we haven’t had similar concerns from other guests.
- This is a two-story unit with a basement level used strictly for storage; it’s not a guest space, and the stairs to that area are blocked off to prevent access.
- We didn’t receive any communication during your stay, but we’re always happy to help if something doesn’t feel right or needs attention.

However the refrigerator would not stay closed and the fireplace would not work. I alerted the host immediately but nothing could be done.

5/5 Tricky to get to, steep angles. After a couple of times driving up, we got used to it. Very quiet and private.
