Decent spot for the money
4/5 Overall the house was decent for the price. The interior was clean but had some visible wear and tear. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the space in the bedrooms. There is not great seating int he living room, which is depicted in the images but worth noting if your plan is to gather in the kitchen/living room area.
I loved that the upstairs bedroom had it's own mini split and could be temperature controlled. The hot tub was relaxing and in good condition and I appreciated the snacks and coffee.
The driveway to the house is a little bit intimidating. It's a one car road that varies between asphalt and gravel. The roads are EXTREMELY steep. We arrived in the dark which made it more difficult. I would recommend arriving prior to darkness to get your bearings straight and understand how to navigate the driveway in the daylight. Turning around in the driveway would be nearly impossible with 3 vehicles in it. There was not a lot of space to maneuver around.
Overall we would stay in this house again but would not stay with some members of our party who had some mobility issues as that was a challenge.
