  The cabin was As advertised it was clean And close to town but far enough Away from town to be secluded. It was well stocked and the only problem we had was The water had an awful sulphur smell to it. It made it impossible to drink, and it was very bad when you took a shower, Otherwise, it would have been a 5 star review.

  I wrote a review on your website. We were disappointed in several things. Especially the fact that this cabin had Sulfar water. If I had known this, I never would of booked it. There were other items, such as screens to sliding glass doors being ripped, so you didn't want to leave the doors open. The hot tub was cold and saw hair around drain so we did not use. The keypad on door did not work with code given. Had to use the extra key in the lock box. Slept in upstairs bedroom since it had a ceiling fan and that in itself made noise.

  Never used jet tub. Only used drip coffee pot and we definitely used bottle water. Also had difficulty getting tv to work, but finally figured it out.

  Would not recommend this cabin to anyone.

It appears that in this instance, the guest may have been trying to identify issues that do not align with our typical water quality, including concerns about sulfur.
  -We acknowledge the issue with the glass door, as it is small and has a rip in the screen window. We've already scheduled its repair, and it will be taken care of promptly. The door is a common one with a code, and we also provide a key for convenience.
  -Operating the TV is straightforward—simply turn it on to start using it. In the event of any questions or issues, the guest contacted us, and we provided clear and easy guidance to assist them.
