Cleanliness
3/5 The cabin had more than enough space for the three of us. I enjoyed the decor. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness/neatness. The second bedroom bed was very squeaky when someone got up. Not sure if it was the bed or the mattress. It was kind of annoying as I woke up every time my husband got up. There were no instructions for anything but the hot tub. I would recommend requesting the Wi-Fi password prior to checking in so you don’t spend time trying to connect.
The jetted tub was not working. I contacted the host and it was fixed the next day however, we were not able to use it the entire stay.
The hot tub does not go past 99 degrees despite the instructions saying it does.
There is a road below the cabin that you can hear traffic from. Not terrible but it kind of ruins the quietness.
FYI…. There was nothing extra provided including salt and pepper!
Cleaning was not great.
4/5 The property was fine. It was a nice cabin and everything we expected. However as we got settled in we started to notice that it didn’t look very clean. The dishwasher was full and there was an odor, so we had to assume that the dishes were dirty. There was hair in the shower drain. One of the beds had a half bottle of Diet Coke between the mattress and bed rail (not sure how that would happen if the sheets had been changed). And overall there were little bits of things on the carpet and rugs that should not have been there if it had been vacuumed. If you look under any bed it’s not very clean. Also the large outside trash bin is nearly full. It just looked like the cleaning crew changed the towels and maybe the sheets and that’s all. We were charged a cleaning fee to clean the cabin after we left, but it’s disappointing that it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly for us.

The Best Cabin Ever!
5/5 The first time down the cabin entrance is a bit daunting, but after that no worries. Everything you need is inside, so close to every attraction, positioned perfectly near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and the State Park Entrance is right there too! We enjoyed every bit of this cabin, three king bedrooms all with their own full bath made the mornings perfect. You will not be disappointed. Hot tub, porch swing, horseshoes, every thing for a great time!
