After investigating, it was determined that the alarm was triggered because the Ring camera had been unplugged. Please note that the Ring camera needs to remain plugged in to function properly. We regret any disruption this may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding.
- Regarding the contact number provided, we can confirm that the phone number associated with the property has not been disconnected. We apologize for any confusion and encourage guests to double-check the number and ensure accurate dialing to reach us promptly.
- As for the distance to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, we acknowledge that the cabin is located in Sevierville, and the drive to Gatlinburg does take approximately 20-30 minutes. We understand that travel preferences vary, and we aim to provide accurate information to help guests make informed decisions.

5/5 Beautiful cabin nestled on the hillside. Two rooms (bed/master bath) for extra privacy. Lots of windows and natural lighting. Pool table and arcade games are a plus. Just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge, but still convenient enough if you want to go :)
