  We had the greatest time ringing in the new year with friends at the cabin! Christmas decor was still up and it made the cabin feel so homey. Plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out. The only downsides - the hot tub took ~ 9 hours to heat up, and we were only staying 2 nights so didn't get to use it until the second night. We would've loved to check in and the hot tub already been heated. The cabin isn't accessible for wheelchairs, which we didn't have, but if this is a need, keep it in mind for booking. There's a lot of stairs to enter or you can walk up the hill and enter through the basement. One of the queen bedrooms is in the basement and not as private as the pictures made it look. There isn't an ice maker, so we had to make another trip for ice. The microwave "open" button doesn't fully work, you have to use another hand to open the microwave door while pressing the button simultaneously. You can hear everything through walls and floors but thankfully we all went to bed around the same time. None of these made it a poor stay - just keep them in mind if you are considering booking! We had a blast. We found cornhole on the deck outside, and there were lots of games provided in the living room. PF was about a 15 minute drive and Gatlinburg ~ 30 with traffic. Thank you for allowing us to start the new year off with friends we don't see often! - Chattanooga, Memphis, Atlanta, Knoxville, Los Angeles

  We Had such an Amazing stay our Family Was really great full for the Place and the Hospitality..! The cleanliness and the Surroundings. Small subjection to the Owner. If you would add a Light facing the Grill and add A light Towards the end of the patio it would be great for other tenants..!

  The master bedroom was very hard to lock and the restroom we just couldn't get to lock. There were no hand soap anywhere that we could find. The chairs outside were dirty. And overall the cleanliness wasn't good enough.

  - Thanks for bringing the master bedroom lock to our attention. We were unaware that there was an issue with it and we will have our maintenance team address it as soon as possible.
  - There is hand soap provided for guests in every bathroom.
  - We wish you would have let us know of all of your concerns when you reached out to us during your stay. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning team to address each issue to make your stay most comfortable. Additionally, this feedback will be passed along to our cleaning crew to ensure future guests do not have the same experience.
