Family getaway
3/5 The hot tub was not clean, the internet didn’t work hardly at all. The bathtub up stairs didn’t work good the water wouldn’t go out right, it needs a good upgrade nothing like the pictures. I will be going back to our famous place Hidden Mountain. Sorry it just needs alot of upgrade

-We regret hearing about the issues you encountered. Please be assured that our cleaners diligently change the water in the hot tub after each guest's stay, and the hot tub itself is new, having been replaced just last year. The problem with the upstairs bathtub was promptly addressed by our maintenance team.
-Regarding the Internet, occasional slowdowns can occur during peak usage times.

5/5 This cabin is in a great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It is right at the entrance of the Pigeon Forge side of the Smokey Mountain's National Park.
The cabin has a lot of activities for the family. The porches on both sides of the cabin are very relaxing. Our family had so much fun and didn't want to leave. It's a real gem.

5/5 We absolutely loved it!! Very clean and fit it to be our first time staying in a cabin, we most definitely will be coming back. Very spacious and the kids had plenty to do down to board games, pool table, hot tub and so much more.
