Good cabin
4/5 Good cabin! Clean and convenient. Light bulbs need replacing with brighter bulbs. Need more comfy beds. Would definitely stay again!

3/5 Gated community and didn’t receive a gate code or door code. Cell service was spotty so had difficulty contacting anyone to help

We send an email prior to check-in which includes the gate and cabin codes along with important information about the resort. This email was sent to you 10 days prior to check-in. Evolve can also provide you with the codes. The spotty cell service you mentioned may be a function of your cell provider and this is the first time we've heard about poor reception. Thank you for your feedback!"
Convenient location & 3 king beds
5/5 House was conveniently located close to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. House also offered 3 king beds which I didn't find with many other rentals.

Knapp vacation 2023
5/5 We really like this area. This is our second stay at this cabin easy to get into quiet and relaxing. I love the fact that I can see wildlife and actually got a picture of a bear this time I love the easy access to and from town.

Would not stay again
2/5 Cabin was okay - but the raccoons on the balcony made it impossible to go outside and unable to use the hot tub at all. We also had neighbors who felt it was okay to whistle at our teenage daughters. When we contacted the owner he laughed about it and said he would contact someone about the raccoons after our stay was over.

I understand that there wasn't enough time to address the raccoon issue before you departed, and I appreciate your understanding in this matter. As I mentioned during the booking process, our cabin is located in the woods, and there are various critters nearby, including raccoons and bears. I will also advise against feeding the wildlife in the welcome letter to future guests. After your departure, a company was contacted to handle the raccoon situation, and the issue was resolved. I hope that you can accept my apologies and that you will consider staying with us again in the future. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further concerns or questions."
