  Building material piled up beside the driveway good place for a copper Head , The water can not be drank even used bottled water to brush your teeth. one bed room did not have heat or air and it was 32 Degrees one of the nights we was there . The pots and pans are trash had to buy some to cook on . If you are over 5'9" you can not set on the toilet the way its in that room you can't hardly get you pants up and down in that room. I think this is a real code violation. The BIGGEST THING BESIDES THIS STUFF THERE IS A CAMERA IN THE DINNING ROOM I PUT A WALMART BAG OVER IT . The Owner lives two houses down I'm sure he can hear and see everything I DO NOT Recommend This place at all

  - We apologize for the construction materials near the driveway. These will be moved elsewhere.
  - The extra bedroom you mentioned was recently added, and we are planning to provide a dedicated heat source.
  - We are reviewing the kitchen inventory and will replace any worn-out pots and pans to ensure future guests have suitable cooking supplies.
  - We'd like to clarify that there has never been a camera in the dining area, nor anywhere else in the home. We take our guests' privacy very seriously.
  - The water is sourced from a tested and safe well, but we understand it might not suit everyone's taste preferences.
  Once again, we appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience.

  Arrived, water pressure super low. Called the contact #. The owner came by changed out a filter. Fixed pressure but the smell of the water is unbearable. Smells like rotten eggs. You smell worse after a shower than before. Makes the house stink. Had to call again to get blankets for the beds. The only toilet in rental was not secure to the floor, sit down and the toilet shifts! I also had to plunge it after I went pee, nasty poop overflowed. Bedroom floor left dirty, MB bed had dirt, or sawdust on the bed coming out of the ceiling. The owner did apologize but that doesn’t fix the issues that still exist. Cabin needs a complete overhaul and update. If you have a guest with you, the only bathroom is in the MB.

  Just what we needed! Spacious and plenty of space for our family of 5. Close to the pool, not to far from necessities or fun! We met the owner who lives just up the way and it was very pleasant. We voiced any concerns to him verbally and via email and he was quick to respond. Ac was great since it was 90 to 100 most of our stay! A few things that need tending to just mostly wear and tear but i have faith the owners are all over it once they were made aware!

• not very satisfied

  I am not satisfied with that place because at the time we tried to use the sink in the main room all the water was leaking all over the floor, and we could not use that sink the entire time we were there, I felt very frustrated especially when you are with children.

• Excellent Mountain Get Away

  we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The Cabin is easily accessed and provided some great accomodations. The only regret we have is we didn't have more time to enjoy the pool and fish in the lake. The owners were super and very helpful when we called with questions. When we plan our next get away, it will definitely include Bear Den.
