While community or public pools may use chlorine, our pool is a private one located on our property. It's quite common in our region for pools to be salt water. However, we apologize for not mentioning this in the listing, as we understand it may have affected your stay.

5/5 Our family had a wonderful time in this Pickwick Lake home with plenty of room for our family to spread out. It was great to be able to relax, cook, and play games together. The pool was fantastic and our littles loved paddling around.
Your not in the city.
3/5 If you need Wi-Fi or need tv for entertainment in the evenings, this isn’t it. And it’s really hard to use a cell phone while your here.

Hi Brad, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the owner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- Due to the remote location of our property, WiFi options are limited and cell phone service can be spotty. Additionally, the local cell tower was affected by the recent storms. We're sorry if this negatively impacted your stay.
- Regarding the TVs, they are Smart TVs, and we encourage guests to access their personal streaming apps (Netflix, Disney Plus, etc.). Guests who book our property typically like to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities at the nearby lake and pool so the Smart TVs haven't caused issues in the past. However, we are open to exploring options for local/cable TV.
