  We stayed at Chris's place for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The place was VERY clean, comfortable and homey. Not to mention, this was the first place I stayed that was so well stocked. It was very close to the activities we had planned (tubing the river, Coker Creek, Tellico Plains, etc).

  My family of four decided on a whim to go gold mining at Coker Creek for my sons 13th birthday. I was very apprehensive about the accomadations because I booked them quickly the night before we traveled. However, Chris, the owner, quickly put my mind at ease the next morning by texting and calling me. She asked questions about my family, our travels, and likes/dislikes. She also gave me important information regarding getting to the cabin. When we arrived, things couldn't have been more perfect! Chris had us a bag of bundt cakes and a welcome/happy birthday sign. That was just the beginning of her awesomeness! She brought us firewood for the fire pit, made sure the boys had cornhole & jenga, and was so personable! The apartment was beyond expectations stocked with everything from q-tips to an umbrella to a smores kit. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice cookware, spices, freshly ground coffee, and even condiments. The beds were super comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets. Everything was exceptionally clean, modern, and well planned. The property was lovely, relaxing, and quiet. Chris takes southern hospitality to the next level! We will definitely be back!

  We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. Christine, the host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The space was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the cozy living room and the comfortable beds. The Hiwassee River was only ten minutes away. We enjoyed our time floating and rafting on the river. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We will definitely be back!

  I stayed here with a friend and we absolutely loved the space. The inside is so cozy and inviting and all the windows make you feel like you’re in a treehouse. The outdoor patio was lovely in the mornings to drink coffee on. Lots of privacy too and a nice space to reset and enjoy nearby hiking trails! Will be vack
