  We were at Mountain Condos in Pigeon Forge Tn. We enjoyed our vacation from Wednesday until Sunday morning, then the only elevator tore up, I have to use a walker to get around. So far 3 days I was stuck at the condo. They made no efforts to get it fixed. We cut our stay short because of the elevator situation. We checked out and went to a motel. I wouldn’t recommend people stay there .

  -This was an unfortunate situation regarding the elevator. It was operational when you checked in and worked for several days during your stay. Unfortunately, we were not informed about the issue until after you had already moved out and checked out one day early. Upon learning of the problem, we promptly contacted the HOA management, who informed us that the necessary parts for the elevator had been ordered and would be installed as soon as they arrived.
  -The HOA management also mentioned that they assisted the guest in carrying their luggage to their vehicle. The next guests, who checked in on the same day were notified about the elevator being temporarily out of service and were accommodating of the situation.
  -We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding that sometimes such unforeseen issues can arise. We are committed to promptly addressing any concerns to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.
  We truly do all we can to make our home the best possible experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Great condo!

  A great condo for our family of four (kids 6 & 11)! Good view of the mountains, close proximity to everything in Pigeon Forge and an excellent price! The kids loved the pool too. Very clean and nice. We will stay here again.

• Damage deposit

  The condo was nice, very clean. Unfortunately I will not be booking through this site again since the 187.00 damage deposit that I paid is nonrefundable even after no damage was found after we checked out. To anyone booking, please read the terms and conditions. There are about 5-6 different fees that you pay just for booking….these fees add up quick and many of them aren’t necessary.

  - We ask all our guests to read the listing in its entirety so that there are no surprises when they get to the property. We also want everyone to read the terms and conditions before you book the property, this is a legal contract and should be clear before you make the decision to stay in our home. The fees are charged by the property management company and like all short-term rentals we have no control over that. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

  Stay was very comfortable and quiet. Location was Great and pleasant with the walking trail and the pool. Did not like the Black Towels, so we had to buy white towels. Overall GREAT stay will consider booking again for a weekend getaway at the same complex! Thank You!

• Great little Condo in the Smokies

  We celebrated our 36th Anniversary at this condo in the Smokies. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. There was a small glass with chocolates with a welcome note from the owners - such a small gesture but was so nice! Would stay at this property again.
