4/5 The contact reached out before arrival to confirm of kitchen work order, be aware of smell upon arrival and about the keypad being moved from back door to front. All was understand by myself. There was no smell upon arrival, room super clean. The keypad instructions were not given for locking, was frustrating when we tried leaving and didn’t know how to lock the keypad. Called her and she assisted. We needed this before arrival but we understood. The full bed on the right side sounded like it was gonna fall to the ground when moving at times. The beds weren’t the most comfortable either. We didn’t feel this was a reason to call back but owner may want to fix this. We appreciate the cleanliness and extra linens. Overall would stay here again.

Great location for family fun
5/5 We decided to take the kids to Dollywood for Christmas fun. We have stayed on this property before; however, this is the best condo we have had the pleasure of staying in. The condo was well maintained and just as described. What was extremely nice was the thoughtfulness of the owners to include some daily amenities such as extra toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and other items. We will stay here again.
