Great Cabin
5/5 Just the right size and literally minutes to everything. We loved everything about our stay.

5/5 Property very clean inside. Well lit outside at night
Had a small issue with a locked door. Called maintenance and within 1/2 hour issue was resolved. Matt was courteous and explained a few other items within the place. He helped us with our tv and he was just the type of person you would want as an employee.

Great Vacation
4/5 Cabin was nice and we had a great vacation. Only drawbacks were noisy neighbors behind us that kept running their loud trucks up and down the road in front late into the evenings. Rather annoying but not the owner of our cabins fault. Not a gated community so that would have helped keep the riff raff out of the neighborhood.

5/5 We had a family of 8 and there was plenty of room! We loved that there were 3 levels and the separation of bedrooms gave privacy at night or when you just wanted to get away from everyone else. The location was perfect for us. So close to Pigeon Forge but yet far enough away. The home was extremely clean. It had plenty of extra bedding. Plenty of towels & wash cloths. Some nice touches I thought were 2 baby gates for the two sets of stairs. We were so glad those were there! They even had a box fan that we used to move the air around downstairs while sleeping. We will definitely be returning the next time we are in town.
