    This was the first time at this property. It was quiet and had a good location. We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfy and we had plenty of room. We will definitely stay here again!!!

    Let's start by saying this. I wrote all my issues down and sent them to Evolve/VRBO and got Zero response. I thought because it was part of a thread of emails from check in maybe they missed it so I sent it again. I got a response saying basically, Got it, leave an honest review. What I hear from that..... We don't give a rat's behind but go ahead and write something if it makes you feel better. Check in: At 3:30pm I wrote asking if I had to wait until exactly 4pm to get the check in email because I hadn't received anything. At 3:40pm I got an email with the check in information. Got to the Condo and the code didn't work. I wrote them back saying this and they replied telling me to get in touch with the "guest service" contact listed on the email. I contacted him (I think it was the owner but not sure) and was told the reservation didn't exist. After twenty minutes, and the guest service ppl telling me it wasn't Their problem and threatening to cancel my contract because I was upset that I couldn't access the condo I had already paid for, they finally gave me the correct code to get in. No apologies from them. I forwarded this information to Evolve/VRBO and, to their credit, they comp'd my wife and I $20 each for a dinner to make up for this. Inside the condo is drab, poorly lit and very poorly maintained if at all. You may be thinking I am just sounding bitter so let me expound. There is a guest review notebook where I found the last review from 9-20-2022. This review sited a big problem on entry, a broken sprayer on the sink, a problem with the living room t.v., the jetted tub didn't work, and the bedroom remote had tape holding the batteries in. My stay, two months and 4 days later than this review, had every single one of these problems. Not a single one had been addressed. On top of that, the floors were filthy. I walked barefoot from the bedroom to the living room and back to the bathroom to take a shower and I watched the dirt coming from the bottom of my feet. When I got out I put on a clean pair of socks and walked the same path and took them off. The bottoms were dirty. That floor hasn't been mopped in God knows how long. The lights are all yellow in color making the rooms very dim. The shades on the kitchen lights are so old they are cracked and ripped from age. In my opinion, I was defrauded in a legal sense. They KNEW this place had issues and did not divulge them. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

    Love the location and the condo complex. The cleaning of the condo was not up to our standard but we cleaned it ourselves and bought sheets and a mattress pad for the bed. Sheets were provided but we were not comfortable using them. Other than the issues noted we had a good stay. Notified the owner of the lack of cleaning but received no response.

  • Very unprofessional


    Host was very rude and double booked our room for our vacation. Gave us the code to get into the room and when walking in there were other guests in the room. So our vacation was ruined due to the host. Also still fighting to get our refund back
