• Great Family Vacation Spot!

  Such a spacious and inviting home to spend with family on vacation. We were a group of fourteen (four of those being kids under the age of 7). We all had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space to roam and enjoy ourselves without driving one another crazy for a full week. The kitchen is well stocked and accommodating to make a full meal. Our most times were spent in the game/pool table room, outside patio with the hot tub and the pool! The location of this home is perfect for our family as well. It's close enough to Gatlinburg, so the drive isn't bad at all. And it's in the middle of everything in Pigeon Forge so you can't beat that either! You could walk to Dollywood if you wanted to and save on the gas and parking. Monica was also very responsive to any questions that we had. We will definitely stay again when the time comes!

  What a great rental for families...especially ours!! So many great things! A lot of rentals in the area house big families but limit parking to 4 cars. We had 16 in our group and 5 cars and this place was perfect! Tons of parking and still room to shoot hoops! The basketball net and playground set was a hit with our kids and teens! Patio friendly area to grill, watch the kids on the playset and shoot hoops! Though stairs aren't an issue with our family, it was so nice to have a mountain rental with no stairs!! Especially with kids...no fear of the kids falling or having to get kids up and down stairs! We never realize the stairs hassles until we got this place with no stairs!! There was so much room to spread out but also come together! The layout is perfect! 2 rooms were secluded from the rest of the house which made it perfect for my pregnant sister in law to comfortably rest away from everyone's noisiness and our newly wed couple got the pool house as a early honeymoon suite! It was just too perfect for our family!!! Location is amazing too! Tucked away but close to everything!! No crazy up the mountain roads! Cons - there weren't any that weren't resolved because Monica was on top of all our questions. We got the grill tank filled quickly and directions on trash placement. It was so nice to have a response so quickly!!!We will def be returning and can't imagine renting another place if our extended family is vacationing in the area!

  This house is perfect for large families! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean. Plenty to do. Well-stocked kitchen. The house layout is unique. We felt close but also like we had plenty of space to spread out. We didn’t use the cottage, but it’s adorable. We will be back!
