  Enjoyed the property. So clean! Nice variety of gathering spaces—screened porch, outdoor fire pit, kitchen, upstairs area. We had four teens and four adults. Kids loved the upstairs gym area. We didn’t have a pet with us but the pet amenities were very nice.

• Not as expected

  We arrived really late in the evening after receiving an email from the host that the power was out until about 11:30 pm. The bathroom and the bedroom were not on the main floor. You must go downstairs to use the bathroom. There is a steep flight of stairs to the upper floor with the bedrooms. The fitness center is not a separate room where we can actually keep the children out of the room -- it is the landing at the top of the stairs. Every piece of equipment has a handwritten note about not touching it or being out of order. The master bedroom with the two beds is really two double beds. It does NOT have a bathroom en suite to the master bedroom. The owners dogs are in the basement and enter onto the deck in the guest space through a doggie door. The yard that is supposed to be for guest use is fenced in with a sign that says "beware of dogs, do not enter". Evolve does not care if you are not satisfied. We did not stay in the place after catching a few hours of sleep just to have the energy to drive to a hotel. The place was clean. It is just not as expected and did not meet our needs. My parents, who are in poor health, had difficulty navigating the stairs, and we had to move to a hotel. Again, the house was clean, but the layout was difficult and did not meet the needs of families with small children or elderly low mobility people. This needs to be clearly stated in the description. I asked for a refund for the nights we did not use and was willing to pay for the night including the 8 hours we actually used, but Evolve would not work with me at all or even discuss the issue.

  We wanted to get away for some well needed peace and quite and we got just that. This home is so clean and relaxing. I seen deer on the property and it was so close to all the attractions. Check In was easy and host was very helpful and responsive to any concerns. Loved the stay!!
