  We were in Murfreesboro unfortunately for a family death and funeral. Our emotions and stress level were high and the time actually spent in the house limited. While the house was for the most part accommodating we did encounter frustration and concerns. The host did not respond to questions about other entries for an elderly person or the check-in code. We had to call Vrbo despite arriving an hour after check-in for entry codes. None of the beds had top sheets, there were no kitchen dish cloths and the sponge left was disgustingly dirty (we purchased a clean one), there were dirty dishes in the cupboards, the cold water was turned off in the kitchen, the bath tubs had no plugs (we had a two year old) and the tub slippery for showering, (we had a 91 year old), no toiletries in two of the bathrooms and the washing machine did not drain do to a clogged filter/trap. We did not use the pool as the water was too cold.

  - We did not receive any calls or emails during your stay, and the entry code system shows successful access just prior to check-in time.
  - Each bathroom was stocked with toilet paper and hand towels, and the kitchen was fully supplied with both cloths and a clean sponge prior to arrival.
  - The dishwasher and all dishes were cleaned and hand-dried before your stay.
  - The home is not listed as handicap accessible and clearly notes online that there are three steps at both the front and back entrances.
  - The pool was closed for the season, so swimming was not included in your reservation.
  We appreciate your feedback as we continue to ensure a comfortable experience for every guest.

  The pool was the best thing except for the cool weather. Kitchen could use access to hot water. Bathroom in laundry room needed a shower door so the shower curtain didn't attack you. Needed to be a little more homey(lamps, pictures, rug under coffee table)

  - The home has a tankless water heater, which provides continuous hot water, and the kitchen’s hot water is accessed by turning the handle toward the red indicator.
  - The bathroom in the laundry area has a shower curtain by design, and we’ll keep your suggestion for a door in mind for future updates.
  - The home is furnished with ample lighting, décor, and a rug under the coffee table, though we understand preferences for style and atmosphere can vary.

• If it wasn't for the pool..

  Family and I booked a stay for 4 nights. While I attended a work conference my family and i thought it would be a good idea for them to just relax for a few days, swim and veg out. We just had a week in Gatlinburg, so this was a good finish for my family as I went back into work mode..

  House was somewhat clean, not perfect but nothing icky. Temperature of the house 80 degrees. Thermostat set for 72 degrees but it did not matter. There's an issue. You are instructed not to mess with the Thermostat. Its made very clearly. I did Email my concerns the first night, but no response about what they could of done to make it cooler in the house. They don't even have box fans. But, we survived the temperatures with the pool. No complaints about the pool.

  The house is not in the greatest shape. Screens loose, Hinges falling off the bathroom doors and just the overall condition of the home.

  We stayed for 4 nights, felt safe and my kids had a blast in the pool. Would I stay again? Maybe, if there are no other options.

  - This summer brought unusually high heat, which can make it challenging for window units to cool a home if certain circulation steps aren’t followed. We leave detailed instructions in the property to help with airflow and prevent the system from freezing, and we’ll review how that guidance is communicated so guests don’t miss it.
  - Regarding the home’s condition, we’ll take another look at the screens, door hinges, and general upkeep to ensure everything is maintained to our high standards.   The house was very clean. Missy communicated with me very well. Let me know when lawn care was coming. She had cushions for outside lounge chairs delivered. Would highly recommend!!!
