  After learning that there was no compressor for Air or Heat, less than 24 hr prior to check in, it turned out to be a very nice stay for us.

  There was MAJOR stress due to finding out there were issues. If it had not been for the person I contacted to see if they had charcoal for the grill and some other small questions, I was informed of this issue ONLY then. I was NOT happy to say the least! It was not her fault - as she was not the owner.

  I spent well over 3 hours on the phone or via the internet to "TRY" to find a place at the VERY last minute to switch our location that was similar. THAT did not happen b/c of the time table (very short) - they should never have listed this property if they knew there issues - they did put space heaters (NO Fans) throughout the location, but to me that was a home owner issue, just looking to make their $!!

  It would have been even more upsetting if i got there and found the location with issues. I was able to get a discount, which was nice, but still the stress it caused was not wanted or needed especially considering it was our Anniversary.

  I was able to speak Michelle who gave me the discount and a coupon to be used later. She was very nice to work with. Again, to me, this is solely the result of the homeowner. I know issue happen, but hiding it from customer is not right!!

  The location was gated, which was nice - the location was perfect for where we needed to be. Cleaning Fees are ridiculous (NOT JUST WITH THIS UNIT) - considering there is a list of stuff "we" have to do prior to leaving - so what does $100 or more get me? I am stripping the beds, cleaning all the dishes (NO DISWASHER ) - put the dishes up... putting all towels in one location - surprised they didn't ask use to wash that as well. This unit really needs to get more silverware, and other utensils!

  Love this tiny home community. 2nd stay at this community but disappointed with our unit. It needs major furniture updates/deep clean/and regular maintenance. Light bulbs, kitchen towels, ice maker has a major water leak. Great tiny home community but won't stay in this unit again.
