The Cottage
4/5 The rental house was very clean and decor was updated. My adult daughters and myself enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very responsive to questions. Even though it’s 23 minutes from Sunset Marina, we discovered a boat ramp and swimming area on Dale Hollow Lake down the street from the house that was secluded and private. To improve our stay I recommend owner upgrade the two primary bedroom mattresses with box springs and hotel quality mattresses that have inner coil with memory foam for a more restful sleep after being on the lake all weekend. Overall, our stay at this property was super pleasant. Thanks!!!

5/5 We loved the peaceful environment and the close access to the lake. The movie room was a great addition and we loved all of the special touches that were added. We will definitely be back to visit again!
