The location is large and absolutely close to Graceland. The host never responded to text messages we sent when we arrived even though they did receive and view them, which seems like a basic courtesy - excusable for a busy household, for sure.
I would recommend pre-planning your trip to the area well in advance as there are not nearly as many random event/locations available close by to choose from. The building had outdoor cameras for safety, which should be a yellow flag; helps both protect the building but that also means the building needs protecting.
The residence was clean and well furnished, that was absolutely perfect.
The rentors did not enjoy any of the furniture being moved, so if you need flexibility look elsewhere. Additionally the building is not designed to handle significant heat - we would recommend not renting if the outdoor temperature is above 90 as it seems the HVAC system is not setup to handle this and keep all the bedrooms comfortable. It would have been nice to have consistent linens across all the beds as well - this creates disparity between the sleeping situation for each bed, when they should all be the same but I can understand the variance as items are purchased over time.
Would I book again? Probably. would I change what I bring and look at the outdoor temperature carefully, absolutely.
This house has great potential. It was well furnished and had the capacity we needed for the group size we had. The only issues we had were that some doors to bedrooms didn't shut all the way, the shower doors did not seal properly and it felt like it was not cleaned properly (there were dead bugs everywhere, there was alot of dust on window seals, coffee maker had dirty filter left in it). Other than that it felt very homey, we felt comfortable hanging out when we were there. If the minor things were fixed and it was cleaned a little better i would be giving this a 5 star 100%.

It's a beautiful newly renovated 5 bedrooms house that we got this recommended through my Marriott Bonvoy. Spacious, clean, It's really a walking distance to Graceland. I n my friends had a wonderful time explored the town n especially the Graceland. We went back at night to see Chelsea Hannah. It was a funny Comedy show. Then we spent a day to the Beale street, where the root of Blue music n there is bbq ribs contest that weekend. We also took the $2.-unlimited ride of the Trolley goes up n down the main street. End up a nice dinner with a panoramic view on top of the Pyramid bldg. Where is the biggest Bass Pro Outdoor shop inside, the Wallburger, there is a lodge inside there as well. The city View from the top floor, it's like equal to 32 stories high is very nice. So I read about this Pyramid has spent 100M to built it. And is the #6 in height other than the Pyramid in Vegas n in Eygpt. Worth the visit.
One of the nicest places I’ve been 2, will definitely be booking again soon!
