4/5 Great location for all you would want to do in Memphis.

Disappointing
3/5 Had some issues that need to be addressed that were disappointing. Broken window (outside pane only) was first thing noticed when we arrived. Door handle on entry door broken and kept falling off every time we used door during stay. The outside grill was unusable and extremely dirty. House was not cleaned well. It seemed like they only cleaned the middle of rooms. For example, When we dropped something and move living room loveseat to pick it up it was filthy under the loveseat with not only dust but something sticky on the floor. There was a leak under the kitchen sink so extra trash bags etc under there was very and sticky. Upstairs door sticks.
