Communication with the host was fast and helpful! 5 stars!
Pros:
•The home was decorated with an “Elvis Era” style that was very nice. It had a very welcoming feel to it.
•The space for two families to gather and enjoy their time was perfect. The outside deck area was nice too.
•They had a variety of movies and a few games that were nice to have available. •The master bed was very comfortable with a thick pillow top. We loved the overall atmosphere, even though it was a very old house.
•The kitchen had good counter top space to be able to cook and bake. Lots of coffee mugs and even some spices in case you forgot some.
•Towels were soft/clean and water temperature and pressure was good.
We really did enjoy our stay in this home! I just want to be transparent about some things that didn’t bother us too much for only staying 2 nights, but might bother others if staying longer.
Cons: The actual price per night seemed overpriced for a few reasons:
•The home is very old and has that “old/moth balls” smell to it that you just can’t get away from.
•The kitchen had limited/dated things to work with for cooking/baking. Some was too grimy to feel comfortable using.
•There was old food in the cabinets and I couldn’t tell if this was being hospitable or if someone lived here part of the time.
•The master bath toilet didn’t flush without some coaxing.
•There are several updates to sinks, countertops, etc, but the cabinets are probably original and there’s some odd things under them that make the place seem dirty.
•Some of the table settings were not usable, which was fine! It was good decor, but there was some dust and grime that made the eating surface not feel clean.
•The place could use a deep cleaning and decluttering in the cabinets to feel more “clean”.
This home was very spacious and plenty of room. Nice furniture and comfy beds. We sat out on the patio every night. Close to Graceland.

We booked this house because we took our mom to Graceland. If you are going I recommend this house. Its right across the street. If we went back i would stay at this house again.
The owner was very nice and updated me on everything. And they responed quickly.
Tge inly thing I would ask them to change is to have hand towels in the batbroom and kitchen instead of paper towels. Don't get me wrong I use paper towels in the kichen, but when washing our hands we like to use hand towels.
