5/5 This place is awesome! Very clean, everything you need is there, the hosts communicated in a timely manner and were very friendly when we arrived. They live next door and I’m sure if we needed anything they would have taken care of it right away. We did not have any issues. This cottage is 100 years old and was taken down to the studs for renovations. Excellent quality decor, so pretty inside! We loved sitting in the recliners with the fireplace on, watching movies while it rained. You are within 30-45 minutes of Shelbyville and Lynchburg, both cities having cute downtown squares with shops and restaurants.

I love watching the deer graze in the evening and taking the grandkids to the creek to feed the turtles. Also the hosts are super nice! :)
5/5 This is the place to be when you can't be in your own home. Everything you need and then some is in this stunning home.Marilyn and Bruce are exceptional hosts. Both are charming and knowledgeable. Be sure you ask for the Clifford history.The house is spotless. The beds and linens feel like you are in a 5* resort. The bathrooms are big, the towels are soft. The kichen is a cooks dream- I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to cook a meal. The living area is comfortable and beautiful. The back porch is where I would live if I could. Every room was stocked with amenities, I truly was impressed. Thank you for being so caring of your guests. If you need a rental in the Lewisburg area, you can't go wrong with this beautiful home. My vacation felt like I was visiting my favorite Aunts house!**I forgot to take pictures, but it is exactly as you see on the listing.
