  • Not well maintained

    I wish this review let you post pictures bc there were several things broken or dirty. Had to buy a broom for the place. Loose shelf in refrigerator, loose glass door on oven which fell off during use which we had to fix ourselves. Dirty, stained and smelly couch. Had to replace the batteries on the TV remote. Didn't even attempt to use the hot tub bc it did not look clean. Fireplace was impossible for us to start, even the maintenance person struggled when he tried to show us. No access to any fishing poles even though we were on the river (who travels with fishing gear) so many missed opportunities to make this property nice.

    - When the fireplace concern was reported, a maintenance professional was promptly sent to the home to assist. The fireplace was successfully started during that visit, and it had been serviced by the propane company prior to your arrival to ensure it was in working order.
    - The additional items mentioned in your review were not brought to our attention during the stay, which limited our ability to address them in real time. We always encourage guests to notify us immediately of any concerns so we can work quickly to resolve them.
    - All feedback is taken seriously, and we will review the items noted to ensure the home continues to meet our standards. Our goal is always to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained experience for every guest.

  • Amazing place to get away

    My family and I were so happy with this house. It had an amazing view, plenty of space, peace, and relaxation, which is what we wanted. Couldn’t have asked for a better house for this trip and the host was willing to answer my questions when we needed something. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Also it wasn’t that far from town, so we could go and get things if needed.

    Nice space to a large family meet and have fun together

    The play house with slide swing and sandbox was great for the kids

    Home was very welcoming

    Pantry had basic spices which was nice

    Fridge has 2 ice makers which was fantastic
