1/5 The building location is good in old city. It is a basement unit down a long dark hallway which would be fine but unfortunately the unit had orange mold growing on the walls -- it was very visible. We left after one night. We gave feedback to the owner and we are still waiting to hear back from the management company -- but don't think that will happen. Don't stay here there are so many better options in Knoxville.

Good Spot
5/5 Nice place. Clean and welcoming. Great location. Be aware you'll have to pay 30 dollars a day for parking.
