Lucky House
5/5 My bf and I rented this property for a 3 month term.
Just outside the front door of this home I found 15 4-leaf clovers. It proved to be a happy house for my bf and I. That was a huge entertainment factor for me. The neighbors are great, except for the cop at the head of the street that is a cop for Oak Ridge. He’s a total dick head that threw the over flow mail at me from the mailbox that I didn’t have access to…
The back deck needs re-doing. After rain it bowed and regardless of me beating the nails down the boards bow. The only room that had a fan, which is required for me to sleep is upstairs. We still choose the downstairs as the master for our stay.
We brought our own smoker and griddle but there is a gas grill out back.
The only confusing thing is recycling is every other week on Tuesday. Trash comes in Thursday. Not listed on the papers from the rental.
The house was well equipped with kitchen wares and appliances for our stay as well as stocked with pantry goods, such as pasta and different causes etc.
The home owner was attentive and wanting to our needs all except gaining access to the mailbox. I needed that for some necessary divorce papers, but praise God he did t give it bc I gave me an advantage, unknown to me at the time.
Vary spacious place. Wish we could have stayed longer. But circumstances changed and we had to move on.
If the property wasn’t rented through the end of 2024 we would have gone back. 100%
